RETURNS

If your order reaches you damaged or with any defects, please retain the product and contact us within 7 days by sending an email to hello@sarahansah.com.

If your product is unavailable and you do not wish to wait until it is back in stock then we will provide you with a full refund. 

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then it can be returned within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund, providing the goods are unused and are not damaged. Please contact us at hello@sarahansah.com so we know to expect the returned goods. 

 

Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 

If you change your mind and would like to change your order for another item, you will need to return your original order within the 14 days and place a new order for the item you would like.

Shipping Returned Items

To return your product, please get in touch.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
